<br />(B) Name and contact information for the developer of the property, if different from the <br />current owner of the property. <br /> <br />(C) Name and contact information for the owner's agents for the project, including <br />consultants such as architects, engineers or land planners. <br /> <br />(D) A description of the property included in the PDD, including legal description and <br />acreage of the PDD request. <br /> <br />(2) The proposed land use plan, shown on one or more 24" x 36" sheets and including the <br />following information: <br /> <br />(A) Boundaries of the property included in the PDD application. <br /> <br />(B) Acreage of the property included in the PDD application. <br /> <br />(C) Existing roads located inside the boundaries of the PDD or within 500 feet of the <br />boundaries of the PDD. <br /> <br />(D) All existing land uses and structures located inside the boundaries of the PDD or within <br />500 feet of the boundaries of the PDD. <br /> <br />(E) Boundaries of existing zoning districts located within 500 feet ofthe boundaries of the <br />PDD. <br /> <br />(F) Topography at contour intervals of five feet or less. Slopes between 15 and 25%, and <br />over 25%, must be identified by shading on the contour information. <br /> <br />(G) The centerline of all streams or waterways, and the location of all 1 OO-year floodplains <br />and floodways. <br /> <br />(H) The location of all areas of tree canopy over 30 feet in diameter on the property. If <br />possible, the land use plan should be laid out over an aerial photograph of the property. <br /> <br />(1) The location of city limit lines, extraterritorial jurisdiction line, Edwards Aquifer <br />recharge zone boundaries or other pertinent boundary information, if applicable. <br /> <br />(1) Land use information for the PDD, including the following information: <br /> <br />1. The location, shape and acreage of the land uses within the site as shown on the <br />existing future land use plan of the city master plan, and the location, shape and <br />acreage of each proposed land use within the PDD. <br /> <br />2. For residential land uses, the overall maximum density, in total dwelling units <br />per acre, for each residential section of the PDD. <br />4 <br />
