<br />6. \Vaiver of Claims. Each party waives all claims against every other party for <br />compensation for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a consequence of the <br />performance of this agreement. <br /> <br />7. No Reimbursement. No party shall be reimbursed by any other party for any costs <br />incurred pursuant to this agreement. <br /> <br />8. Equipment and Personnel Used by San Marcos. All equipment used by the San <br />Marcos Fire Department in carrying out this Agreement will, at the time of action hereunder, be <br />owned by it; and all personnel acting for the San Marcos Fire Department under this Agreement will, <br />at the time of such action, be an employee or volunteer member of the San Marcos Fire Department <br />and acting in the scope of that employment. <br /> <br />9. Equipment and Personnel Used by Lockhart. All equipment used by the Lockhart Fire <br />Department in carrying out this agreement will, at the time of action hereunder, be ovvned by it; and <br />all personnel acting for the Lockhart Fire Department under this Agreement will, at the time of such <br />action, be an employee or volunteer member of the Lockhart Fire Department and acting in the scope <br />of that employment. <br /> <br />10. Term; Termination.
