These rates are guaranteed through December 31, 2001. At that time, we will reevaluate our hourly rates, and let you know if we propose any change. 3) I do not expect the fees to exceed $15,000. If unforeseen circumstance appear, which might cause the legal fees to exceed $15,000, I will notify you immediately in order that necessary City Council approval may be sought. 4) Normally, our billing cycle ends on the 20th of the month. We will send you a bill shortly thereafter, unless no work was performed and no expenses were incurred during the billing cycle. Our bills will provide in full detail a description of all work performed, the name of the attorney or legal assistant, and all expenses incurred by KKBS in this matter. If you have any questions about a bill, or if you would like them in a different format, please contact me and let me know your concerns and we will make every effort to resolve them to your satisfaction. If you have any questions about the terms of our representation as set fourth in this letter, please contact me immediately.
