191 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 <br />not impersonate another New Dawn Technologies user or provide false identity information to gain <br />access to or use the hosted service. <br />b) Retain one or more Certified JustWare Administrator(s) on staff who are responsible for the regular <br />maintenance and configuration of the Software. New Dawn must be provided the name and business <br />contact information for any Certified JustWare Administrator. The Customer will insure that these <br />individuals receive Certified JustWare Administrator training and certification testing within go <br />days of notice to qualify for support. If turnover occurs for Customer's designated JustWare <br />Application Administrator(s), Customer must arrange with New Dawn for certification and <br />re- training. Support requests by anyone not identified and qualified as a certified JustWare <br />Application Administrator are subject to higher subscription fee increases. <br />c) Subscription fee increases will not exceed 5% per year for Customers with Certified JustWare <br />Administrators. <br />d) If Customer goes 90 days without a Certified JustWare Administrator and has not initiated the <br />process to replace the Certified JustWare Administrator during that time, Customer agrees to pay New <br />Dawn for JustWare Administration (at the current hourly rate for services provided) until the process <br />of hiring a new Certified JustWare Administrator has been initiated. As long as a plan is in place to <br />replace the Software Administrator, no increase will take place. <br />e) Provide New Dawn support personnel with accurate configuration information, screen shots, or other <br />files and documentation as required for a support request. <br />f) All communications by Customer to New Dawn must be in the English language. <br />,4 1 ee4New Dawn <br />
