231 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 <br />Appendix A - <br />Statement of Work <br />This Statement of Work (the "SOW') defines the principal activities and responsibilities of all parties for the <br />implementation of the quoted products and services to support City of San Marcos ( "Customer ") operations. <br />New Dawn reserves the right, as part of the requirements stated herein, to provide products and services of <br />equal or better quality, of comparable value and certified for operation with New Dawn systems that are <br />available at the time of installation or delivery. New Dawn will provide these substitutions at no additional <br />cost to the Customer, unless the scope of the project is modified by Change Control Form. Deviations and <br />changes to this SOW are subject to mutual agreement between New Dawn and the Customer as described in <br />the Change Control Management Agreement. <br />Unless otherwise indicated from the context in which it is used, the word "system" will be used herein to refer <br />to the compilation of the JustWare System.
