241 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 <br />1. JustWare Document Automation Software Training - Online <br />1.1 Units <br />New Dawn trainers will provide a not to exceed eight (8) hour(s) of online instructional training.. Training will <br />be conducted after the Go -Live of the Customer, via web based training in blocks of up to 4 hours per day as <br />arranged by Customer and assigned Project Manager. <br />1.2 Description <br />The objective of this task is to instruct Customer document author personnel on the document author <br />functionality of JustWare. New Dawn will conduct a training course for designated Customer personnel to <br />acquire the knowledge necessary for document templates to be written for end users to access and generate <br />JustWare created documents. <br />1.3 New Dawn Responsibilities <br />a. Instruct designated Customer personnel on the use, setup, and maintenance of the JustWare Document <br />Automation ( "JDA ") software. <br />b. Instruct designated Customer personnel on the deployment and backup of Customer created document <br />templates. <br />c. Provide documentation for document /reporting data views to assist in developing document queries. <br />d. Provide views for commonly referenced data elements. <br />e. Provide JustWare Document Author tool with commonly referenced data elements to assist in building the <br />document templates. <br />f. Track the number of hours used. <br />1.4 Customer Responsibilities <br />a. Assign personnel to attend online training course. <br />b. Provide a facility with a speakerphone or phone headset for each attendee. <br />c. Provide a facility with one computer for each attendee. These computers must have network connectivity <br />to the JustWare Server, have Internet access and meet the minimum requirements for JustWare and have <br />the JDA software installed prior to the beginning of Training. This facility must be removed from the <br />day -to -day operations of the Customer and remain available for the duration of Training. <br />d. If training has been scheduled, cancellation of training must occur two (2) business days in advance of that <br />training. <br />e. Schedule all Training sessions in advance in one (1) to four (4) hour blocks of time. <br />1.5 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when New Dawn has provided the described training to Customer personnel <br />and customer has acknowledged completion. <br />..
