The Communication Plan will be maintained and revised throughout the <br />course of the project, as necessary. <br />2.5 Responsibility Matrix <br />If required for this project, the New Dawn Project Manager will develop a Responsibility Matrix as part of the <br />Project Plan defining the various project activities and deliverables. For each project activity and deliverable, <br />this matrix document will define each New Dawn project team member's responsibility and each Customer <br />project team member's responsibility. The Responsibility Matrix will be maintained and revised throughout <br />the course of the project, as necessary. The responsibilities will be mutually agreed upon by the Customer <br />Project Manager and New Dawn Project Manager. <br />2.6 Risk Management Plan <br />The New Dawn Project Manager will establish a Risk Management Plan, which will be used to evaluate and <br />monitor those items that have the potential of impacting project cost or schedule. Once an item is identified as <br />a potential risk, it will be assessed for criticality. If deemed critical, mitigation plans will be developed and <br />reviewed with the Customer's Project Manager. The mitigation plans will be mutually agreed upon by the <br />Customer Project Manager and New Dawn Project Manager. <br />2.7 Change Control Management Plan <br />The Change Control Management plan will be established by the New Dawn Project Manager, as defined in the <br />Change Control Management Agreement, to provide the means to control and validate changes that may <br />impact any aspect of the New Dawn Project Plan. <br />2.8 Status Reports <br />The New Dawn Project Manager will submit status reports as needed to the Customer Project Manager at least <br />monthly, using a standard status report format. The status report format will be reviewed with the Customer <br />Project Manager and may be modified to respond to specific, reasonably defined reporting requirements. The <br />status reports will provide information regarding activities completed during the reporting period, activities in <br />progress, activities planned during the next reporting period, and outstanding issues and action items. <br />2.9 Deliverable Management (Review and Approval) <br />New Dawn will use a milestone deliverable approach to this project. Each milestone deliverable will be subject <br />to Customer acceptance, based upon acceptance criteria to be mutually agreed to by New Dawn and the <br />Customer. The Customer Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating the Customer review of <br />applicable deliverables and providing documented approval of applicable deliverables to New Dawn. The New <br />Dawn Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring required Customer approval of applicable deliverables. <br />The Customer agrees that the review process is vital and important to the successful and timely completion of <br />project deliverables. Therefore, the Customer agrees to take the time necessary to review each New Dawn <br />deliverable thoroughly, in its entirety, prior to returning it to New Dawn.
