<br />mc93, mc97, smao8, ucr03, pd26, pd92, sysmenuitems, sysmenus, docket detail, extension, and
<br />gen_ dates.

<br />12.6 In Scope Service:
<br />The following table outlines the services that are considered within the scope of this Statement of Work.
<br />Any changes affecting the scope of this Statement of Work (SOW) are subject to an hourly rate of $225 per
<br />hour.
<br />12.7 New Dawn Responsibilities
<br />a) Conduct the Data Discovery phase of the project by working with Customer subject matter expert(s),
<br />onsite to complete data field mapping.
<br />b) Develop the conversion code.

<br />Data Conversion
<br />Changing digital data from one format to another so it can be used in another software
<br />application. The scope of this SOW includes two mock conversions and a final
<br />conversion.
<br />Data Standardization
<br />Converting accepted (not misspellings) data values that represent the same information
<br />into a single unified, recognized, and accepted structure as required by the target system
<br />Base Data Cleansing
<br />Removing or defaulting data in a database that is inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, or
<br />improperly formatted, so it will load into the target database and not cause the application
<br />to crash.
<br />Data Defaulting
<br />Based on predefined business rules, assigning a specific value to a field in the target
<br />database that is different than the corresponding value in the source database.
<br />Data Exception
<br />Reports that provide qualitative analysis of the source data and identify missing, incorrect,
<br />Report(s)
<br />or incorrectly formatted data elements required by the target database or application.
<br />(Note: If the source data problems are not corrected or defaulted, the target application will
<br />be inaccurate or may crash or will have limited reliability.)
<br />Release Notes
<br />Report developed at the time of conversion data delivery that outlines mapping document
<br />version, the source and target database and application version, the tables and modules
<br />populated, and any known issues.
<br />Duplicate Names
<br />Reports to indicate the exactly matched name records and the potential name record
<br />Reports
<br />matches, per the criteria provided by New Dawn to determine duplicate entities.
<br />Data Alteration Report
<br />Report to indicate records that have been truncated in order to insert into the database.
<br />The records are logged with the table, field, and primary key of the target record so that the
<br />full original value is not lost.
