391 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 12. Data Conversion 12.1 Description Data conversion services are included as part of this contract. A sample of Customer's data output has been provided along with specifications of tables to be included in the conversion. If additional tables or data sets are required, a modified cost proposal will be required. 12.2 Assumptions and Constraints a) This project includes two (2) mock conversions and one final conversion, consisting of the source data provided to New Dawn Technologies. Additional mock iterations can be added at an additional cost and would require time be added to lengthen the project timeline. b) New Dawn will provide the code tables populated with Customer data prior to Go -Live to support the data mapping and conversion. c) A project schedule will be developed and mutually agreed to during the initiation of this project. A delay in the delivery of milestones or related sub -steps which are the responsibility of the Customer will result in a day- for -day delay in subsequent milestones that New Dawn is responsible for. d) No image or document conversion is included in the scope of this Statement of Work. e) Following a New Dawn deliverable, unless otherwise specified, the Customer has 20 business days to report any issues from date deliverable was provided. If New Dawn receives no response within that time, the deliverable will be considered accepted as delivered. f) New Dawn will not be responsible for modifying or deleting duplicate records of legacy data with in- service data. g) Data Conversion work performed under this SOW is under warranty by New Dawn for thirty (3o) days following 90 day post go live trip. Errors or omissions in converted data that result from application, database, or source data changes by the Customer following acceptance of the Table Mapping Document are not covered by this warranty. 12.3 Estimated Key project milestones �� VLNewDawn
