Task 16 - Serve as an ombudsman on behalf of the developers of the Buie Tract and Paso Robles <br />during the entitlement and permitting process. <br />Task 17 - Participate in Paso Robles TIRZ discussions. <br />Task 18 - Participate in the update of the Horizons Master Plan <br />Task 19 - Consult with city staff on implementation of projects under the Smart Code. <br />Task 20 - Participate in implementation of the Downtown Master Plan. <br />Task 21 - Consult with City Manager and staff on issues related to creation of new municipal <br />utility districts in the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction. <br />Task 22 - Work on any additional projects identified by the City Manager. <br />All Other Terms of Original Letter Agreement Remain in Effect <br />Except as specifically modified by this Second Extension of Letter Agreement, all other terms of <br />the original Letter Agreement remain in effect and shall govern the obligations of City and <br />Consultant during the Second Extension Period. <br />Acceptance and Execution <br />Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by signing duplicate originals, return one fully <br />executed original, and retain one for your files.
