b) Permit Center staff and inspectors have been sufficiently trained in the use of the <br />Software. <br />C) Permits can be completely processed using the Software. <br />d) Inspectors can complete inspections in the field and successfully notify customers <br />inspection results in real time. <br />e) The updated customer portal is fully functional including IVR option to schedule <br />inspections. <br />f) Necessary reports utilized by licensee have been created and are available for use <br />by licensee. <br />Any provisions in this Agreement pertaining to the Licensee's review, approval and /or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by SCPDC and /or its sub - consultants, contractors, and <br />subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish SCPDC's responsibility for <br />the materials.
