<br />ADDENDUM P(5) <br /> <br />9-6-01 <br /> <br />3.5 ML T Field Report Record Entry <br /> <br />3.5.1 CAD Calls For Service (CFS) Data Import <br /> <br />The CFS Import Function will provide for certain CAD CFS Data to be <br />imported into an Administration Module Record with the Agency/Incident <br />Number of the CFS Record. <br /> <br />3.5.2 Administrative Record <br /> <br />The Administrative Record will include the Complainant Name and <br />Address Data imported from CFS. <br /> <br />3.5.3 Other Modules <br /> <br />When the Operator posts (saves) the Administrative Segment, he may <br />then select any other Incident Module for entry. <br /> <br />3.5.4 Text Reports <br /> <br />Text Reports that are entered without prior entry of an Administrative <br />Record will be held by the MCS Server until an Administrative Record has <br />been entered at the ML T or at the RMS Host. <br /> <br />3.5.5 RMS Data Entry Functionality <br /> <br />ML T Data Entry functionality is similar to Data Entry directly on the RMS <br />Host. <br /> <br />4.0 ML T DOWNLOAD TO MCS HOST <br />Transactions are stored on disc. Three (3) download options are as <br />follows: <br />· CDPD Wireless <br />. Diskette <br />. LAN <br />5.0 GUIINTERFACE <br />The following Windows appear in the following order when the Operator <br />first accesses the ML T: <br /> <br />. CDPD Watcher Screen <br />.
