<br />ADDENDUM P(5) <br /> <br />9-6-01 <br /> <br />5.1 COPO Watcher Screen <br /> <br />The CDPD Watcher (Watcher) Screen provides the Operator with either a <br />"RED" or "GREEN" indicator of CDPD Network availability and the CDPD <br />Signal Level. A Signal Level greater than -100 dbm is required for <br />operation. <br /> <br />The Watcher Screen must be minimized by the Operator to expose the <br />entire Windows Desk Top Screen. <br /> <br />5.2 Windows Desk Top (WDT) Screen <br />The WDT Screen contains ICONS of the various ML T Application. The <br />Operator would select the CIS MCS ICON for normal patrol operation. <br /> <br />5.3 CIS Log On Screen <br /> <br />The Log On Screen will appear. The Operator must Log On. <br /> <br />5.4 CIS MLT Screen <br /> <br />The ML T Screen provides the Operator access to all ML T functions <br />detailed in Paragraph 6.0 below. <br /> <br />The Operator interface to said ML T functions are provided by: <br />· Function Key <br />· Mouse <br />. Clicks <br />. Touch (Touch Screen ML Ts) <br /> <br />6.0 MCS TRANSACTION SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />The MCS will provide the following ML T transactions: <br /> <br />6.1 CAD Transactions <br /> <br />6.1.1 CAD to ML T Dispatch Calls For Service (CFS) <br />The ML T text display of a CFS will contain the following: <br />. Agency/Incident Number <br />· Date/Time <br />. Activity/Priority <br />. Location <br />· Complainant <br />. Geofile Hazards <br />. Blotter <br /> <br />4 <br />
