<br />(D) If the development is a single family residential development, the location and <br />dimensions of all proposed improvements to be constructed on the property in <br />connection with initial development of the subdivision, including all streets and <br />sidewalks and other impervious cover. <br /> <br />(3) If the development application for which the aquifer protection plan is prepared <br />already includes one or more of these required elements, the information need not be repeated <br />on the aquifer protection plan, if the planning director determines that the omission of the <br />information does not prevent meaningful evaluation of the plan under the approval criteria. <br /> <br />ilil Contents--transition zone. <br /> <br />(1 ) An aquifer protection plan for a development in the transition zone must contain the <br />following elements: <br /> <br />(A) Name and brief description of the development, subdivision, or facility for which <br />the plan is submitted. <br /> <br />(B) Name, address, and telephone number of the property owner, the applicant and any <br />other person signing the application. <br /> <br />(C) Information needed to determine the appropriate fee for filing and review of the <br />plan. <br /> <br />(D) Plans, submitted on 24" by 36" sheets, that include the following: <br /> <br />1. Site boundaries including all bearings and distances, with any relevant <br />transition and recharge zone boundaries clearly labeled. <br /> <br />2. Topography and drainage plan of the entire site using the best available <br />contour interval information, but with contour intervals no greater than ten feet. <br /> <br />3. Vicinity map indicating the location of the site in relationship to the official <br />TNRCC maps of the recharge and transition zones. <br /> <br />4. The location and dimensions of all proposed improvements on the property. <br /> <br />5. Identification of all areas where excavation will occur in the course of <br />construction of the development. If no excavation is to occur on the site, the plans will <br />clearly state this. <br /> <br />6.
