The total acreage of the site. <br /> <br />B. The area and percentage of existing impervious cover, by type. <br /> <br />C. The area and percentage of proposed impervious cover, by type. <br /> <br />D. The total area and percentage of existing and j)roposed impervious cover, <br />by type. <br /> <br />12. All standard notes required by the city for compliance with applicable <br />regulations. <br /> <br />13. Name and address of the owner of the property. <br /> <br />14. Name and address of the architect, engineer or surveyor who prepared the <br />plans. <br /> <br />15. Date of preparation. <br /> <br />16. North arrow. <br /> <br />17. Scale (must be drawn at an appropriate standard engineering scale and must <br />be of sufficient size to clearly show the location and/or dimensions of all <br />required information listed above). <br /> <br />18.
