Contents--recharge zone. <br /> <br />(1) An aquifer protection plan for a development in the recharge zone must contain the <br />following elements: <br /> <br />(A) Name and brief description of the development, subdivision, or facility for which <br />the plan is submitted. <br /> <br />(B) Name, address, and telephone number of the property owner, the applicant and any <br />other person signing the application. <br /> <br />(C) Information needed to determine the appropriate fee for filing and review of the <br />plan. <br /> <br />(D) Plans, submitted on 24" by 36" sheets, that include the following: <br /> <br />1. Site boundaries, including all bearings and distances, and any relevant <br />recharge zone boundaries clearly labeled. <br /> <br />2. Topography and drainage plan of the entire site using the best available <br />contour interval information, but with contour intervals no greater than ten feet. <br /> <br />3. The centerline of all rivers, creeks, streams or drainageways within or <br />bordering the site that drain an area greater than 50 acres. <br /> <br />4. The location of all floodways and lOO-year floodplains on the site, as <br />determined in accordance with the standards in section 94.527. <br /> <br />5. The location of all sensitive features on the site as identified in the geologic <br />assessment. <br /> <br />6. The location and dimensions of all water quality zones on the site, if <br />applicable. <br /> <br />7. An aerial photograph that shows all areas of tree canopy on the property. <br /> <br />8. The location and dimensions of all existing improvements on the property <br />including all existing impervious cover such as driveways, parking areas, <br />buildings and similar structures. <br /> <br />9. For developments other than single family residential developments, the <br />location and dimensions of all proposed improvements on the property, including <br />all proposed impervious cover such as streets, driveways, parking areas, <br />buildings and similar structures. <br /> <br />C:\TEMP\Edwards Regulations revision final.doc <br /> <br />12 <br />
