<br />(2) Disapprove the aquifer protection plan and deny the development application <br />pending approval of a complying plan; or <br /> <br />(3) Approve the aquifer protection plan with conditions, and include among the <br />conditions of approval of the development application compliance with the conditions applied <br />to the aquifer protection plan. <br /> <br />(d) Duration of aquifer motection plan apmoval. An approval for an aquifer protection plan <br />remains in effect during the time the development application for which the aquifer protection <br />plan was prepared is in effect. In the event the development aj)plication for which the aquifer <br />protection plan was prepared is denied, or subsequently expires or is revoked, the aquifer <br />protection plan for that development application will be null and void upon occurrence of that <br />event. <br /> <br />(e) Conditions of development application. The approval or conditional approval of an aquifer <br />protection plan will constitute conditions of approval of the development application for which <br />the plan was prepared, and the development application must be consistent with the aquifer <br />protection plan. <br /> <br />(1) Subsequent development applications for the proiect for which the aquifer protection <br />plan was prepared must be consistent with the plan, unless a revised aquifer protection plan is <br />prepared and approved for a subsequent apj)lication. <br /> <br />(2) The following elements must be incorporated within a subdivision plat site plan or <br />other graphic depiction of the proiect for which the development application was filed <br />consistent with the approved or conditionally approved aquifer protection plan: <br /> <br />(A) Demarcation of all water quality zones and buffer zones for the property subiect to <br />the development application~ <br /> <br />(B) Identification of all sensitive features and demarcation of all senSItive feature <br />protection zones for the property subiect to the development application; <br /> <br />(C) Impervious cover allocated to the property subiect to the development application, <br />or to be allocated among lots or tracts into which the property is to be divided~ and <br /> <br />(D) Any applicable transfer of density or impervious cover authorized under the <br />clustering provisions in section 94.530. <br /> <br />(a) It is unlawful for a person to commence construction of a regulated activity at a site in the <br />recharge zone until an application for revievi of the actiyity has been submitted to and approved <br />by the plunning director.
