<br />construction plans under section 91.513 as an alternative to submitting an application under this <br />section. <br /> <br />(b) A regulated activity reVieW application must include, at a mmImum, the follo'Ning <br />information: <br /> <br />(1) Name, address, and telephone number of the property ovmer and the applicant. <br /> <br />(2) .^... brief description of the regulated activities for which the application is submitted. <br /> <br />(3) A scale drawing depicting the boundaries of the site, the location of existing <br />improvements on the site, and the location of the proposed regulated activities on the site. <br /> <br />(1) l~ table of summary information that includes the follovling: <br /> <br />V~) The total acreage of the site. <br /> <br />(B) The area and percentage of existing impervious cover at the site. <br /> <br />(C) The area and percentage of proposed impervious cover at the site, upon final <br />completion of the project for which the regulated activities are being performed. <br /> <br />(D) The total area and percentage of impervious cover at the site, upon final completion <br />of the project for which the regulated activities are being performed. <br /> <br />The application must be accompanied by a fee set by the city council, which is nomefundable. <br /> <br />(c) The planning director "vill revievi each application to determine whether the applicant must <br />submit a de','elopment plat or subdivision construction plans for the proposed regulated activity <br />under section 91.513. If such a submission is not required, the planning director will approve <br />the application and advise the applicant of applicable requirements under section 91.528. If <br />such a submission is required, the planning director will inform the applicant that the <br />submission must be made, reviewed and approved before the applicant can commence <br />construction of the regulated activities. <br /> <br />Sec. 94.513 Appeals and variances-Commission Development plat and subdiyision <br />platting requirements for regulated aeti'/ity in recharge zone; contents ef dcyclopment <br />plat application; exemptions. <br /> <br />(a) Anoeal of olannin!2: director's decision. If the planning director denies or conditionally <br />approves an aquifer protection plan, the applicant may appeal the decision to the commission by <br />filing a written request with the planning director within ten days of the date of the director's <br />decision. The appeal request must contain a statement of the basis for the appeal, and must be <br />accompanied by technical information, if necessary, in sUPj)ort of the appeal. Upon receipt of a <br />timely, complete appeal request, the planning director will place the appeal on the next <br />available meeting agenda of the commission, in accordance with the planning director's <br /> <br />C:\TEMP\Edwards Regulations revision final.doc <br /> <br />20 <br />
