<br />n. Upon completion of the Hearing, prepare TXDOT Form RTE-73 and Commissioners <br />time sheets. Submit Form RTE-73 to the City. <br /> <br />o. Obtain Commissioners signatures on the Award of Commissioners and file the Award <br />with the Court for signature. <br /> <br />p. Give Commissioners timesheets to Court for the completion of a Billing Statement. <br /> <br />q. Obtain three certified copies ofthe A ward and distribute as follows: (a) a copy to the <br />Title Company with a request for a Title Commitment (the "Commitment"); (b) a <br />copy to the assigned attorney; and (c) a copy to the City with the Commitment to <br />request a check in the amount of the Commissioners Award. <br /> <br />r. Send Billing Statement to the City requesting a check for the payment of <br />Commissioners fees. <br /> <br />s. After receipt of Award Check (the "Check"), file the Check in the registry of the <br />Court. File a Notice of Deposit with the Court and send certified copies and a cover <br />letter on City stationary to each defendant and their attorney notifying them of the <br />date of the Deposit and the City's right of possession. <br /> <br />t. Appear as an expert witness or fact witness as requested. Make any subcontractors <br />available to appear as an expert witness or fact witness as requested at the Special <br />Commissioners Hearing and any trial de novo. <br /> <br />STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE <br /> <br />Consultant will perform the Real Estate Acquisition Services including the Acquisition of <br />Temporary Right of Entry Agreements in a thorough and diligent manner in accordance with <br />industry standards. <br /> <br />PROJECT COMPLETION <br /> <br />Consultant estimates that the scope of work for Real Estate Acquisition Services including <br />Temporary Right of Entry Agreements detailed above will be completed by September 30, 2002. <br /> <br />8 <br />
