In case
goals and objectives are not being met, the Consultant will provide suggested strategies
to ensure the success of the plan.

1.12.8 Final Report Document. Develop a final report document that includes all prior
task products including a list of inventory data, a catalogue of reference materials including
local plan documents, a summary of the needs assessment, a description of
methodologies used, a description and analysis of alternatives, and an explanation of any
recommendations. The Consultant will include a resource list of pertinent publications that
can be used for public relations and as educational material in hard-copy, Microsoft Word,
and Adobe.pdf formats.

1.13 TASK 13 - SUMMARY DOCUMENT DEVELOPMENT

1.13.1 The Consultant will provide a bound document containing all products in printable
form of all efforts made by it under this Agreement in hard-copy, Microsoft Word, and
Adobe.pdf formats.

1.14 ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1.14.1 Since the Consultant's compensation is a fixed fee for Basic Services, including
minor deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to the Consultant
for additional services will only be for substantial deviations from the scope of services
described in this Agreement.
