Digital and hard copy of the City's existing Zoning Map and base map(s). <br /> <br />SCHEDULING <br /> <br />The Consultants will develop a detailed project schedule after the orientation meeting (Task 1.1), <br />but the overall schedule shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Phase I - Four (4) months from the execution date of this contract (i.e., official "Notice to <br />Proceed" from the City). <br /> <br />Phase II - Eight (8) months following the completion of Phase 1. <br /> <br />The Consultants shall not be responsible for delays beyond their control such as scheduling <br />conflicts or delays associated with public meetings, City Councilor Planning and Zoning <br />Commission agendas, etc. <br />
