<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS,

<br />7, BLOCK 19 OF THE VICTORY GARDENS, SECOND ADDITION, LOCATED AT 326
<br />WAVELL STREET, FROM ~R-1" SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (LOW
<br />DENSITY) TO ~SF-4 5" SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT, INCLUDING PROCEDURAL
<br />PROVISIONS, AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES

<br />Mayor Narvaiz opened the public hearlng and asked If anyone wished to
<br />speak 1) Steve Ramsey, of Baker-Aicklen & Associates, stated he is
<br />present to answer any questions Mayor Narvaiz asked if anyone else
<br />wished to speak No one dld, so Mayor Narvaiz closed the public hearing
<br />Mr Thomaides moved for adoption of the Zoning Ordinance, and Mr Taylor
<br />seconded the motlon, which passed unanimously
<br />
<br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration reconsideration of a Zoning
<br />Ordinance The Council did not wish to reconsider this Ordinance The
