CARSON BY <br />INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN VOLUME 845 PAGE 806, OF THE <br />OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY, SAID 0.347- <br />ACRE TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY <br />METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE on an iron pipe found on a point being <br />the most easterly comer of the "Municipal Airport Subdivision", a subdivision of record <br />in Volume 163, Page 160 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, same point being <br />the most easterly comer of a 15. 92-acre tract of land (being a portion of said "Municipal <br />Airport Subdivision") conveyed to W. C.
