<br />Doc Bk Vol P <br />00005405 OPR 1642 40~ <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />0.347-Acre tract <br /> <br />THENCE with the easterly boundary line of the remnant portion of said <br />3.86-acre tract, same being the westerly boundary line of said 15. 92-acre tract, <br />N02025'36"W for a distance of 161.82 feet to an iron rod set, from which an iron pipe <br />found on a point being the northeasterly comer of said remnant portion, same being the <br />most westerly comer of said 15.92-acre tract, bears N02025'36"W a distance of 929.15 <br />feet ; <br /> <br />THENCE departing the easterly boundary line of said remnant portion, <br />through the interior of said 15. 92-acre tract the following two (2) courses and distances: <br /> <br />1) with the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 406.21 feet, a <br />delta angle of 26029'22", an arc distance of 187.80 feet and a <br />chord which bears S31022'29"E for a distance of 186.13 feet to an <br />iron rod set; <br /> <br />2) S4403T09"E for a distance of 100.00 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING and containing 0.347 acre (15,1313 square feet) of <br />land. <br /> <br />Based on an on-the-ground survey made under the direct supervision of the undersigned <br />and shown on accompanying survey drawings.
