Any request for addressing funds, whether pool funds or 9-
1-1 funds, requires that an addressing project performance report be
submitted. Should 9-1-1 funds be requested, a 9-1-1 financial report
should accompany the addressing financial report.

9-1-1 Performance Reports. As identified in ACSEC Rule 251.6r the
performance report shall reflect the progress of implementing the
region's strategic plan.
