By ACSEC Rule, this type of <br />activity is strictly prohibited. ACS EC Rule 251.7 - Guidelines for <br />Implementing Integrated Services, specifically outlines that 'For regional <br />planning commissions ... requesting the funding of integrated services <br />under this policy, the implementation of such services would only pertain <br />to the graphical display of location information.'
