<br />subdivisions that are located in whole or in part within the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone or <br />transition zone as regulated under article 6 of chapter 94 must comply with all applicable <br />submittal requirements and standards for regulated activities in the recharge zone and transition <br />zone under article 6 of chapter 94. The approval of the construction plans or development plat <br />for such a subdivision must occur before the final plat of the subdivision is recorded. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The following fees are set: <br /> <br />Description City Code Ref. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held to be <br />unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this ordinance <br />will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. All ordinances and resolution or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this <br />ordinance are repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance commits a misdemeanor and is <br />subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.015 of the San Marcos City Code upon conviction. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
