<br />(5) A completed development plat as described in subsection (c), including a geologic <br />assessment and a technical report as described in subsections (d) and (e). <br /> <br />(c) A completed development plat must be submitted on 24" by 36" sheets, and must include <br />the following: <br /> <br />(1) Site boundaries including all bearings and distances, with any relevant recharge zone <br />boundaries clearly labeled. <br /> <br />(2) Topography and drainage plan of the entire site at two foot contour intervals. <br /> <br />(3) The centerline of all rivers, creeks, streams or drainage areas that drain an area <br />greater than 50 acres. <br /> <br />(4) The location of all floodways and 100-year floodplain as shown on flood insurance <br />rate maps or as calculated using acceptable engineering standards. <br /> <br />(5) The location of all sensitive features on the site as identified in the geologic <br />assessment. <br /> <br />(6) The location and dimensions of all critical water quality zones and water quality <br />transition zones, if applicable. <br /> <br />(7) A survey of all trees 10 caliper inches in diameter and greater, as measured four feet <br />above the ground. On sites greater than ten acres, a digital aerial photograph may be <br />superimposed on the development plat in lieu of an on-the-ground tree survey. <br /> <br />(8) The location and dimensions of all existing improvements on the property including <br />all existing impervious cover such as driveways, parking areas, buildings and similar structures. <br /> <br />(9) All proposed improvements on the 'property including all proposed impervious cover <br />such as driveways, parking areas, buildings and similar structures. <br /> <br />(10) The drainage patterns and approximate slopes anticipated after major grading <br />activities, as determined by a Texas licensed professional engineer. <br /> <br />(11) Identification of all areas where soils will be disturbed, and all areas where soils <br />will not be disturbed. <br /> <br />(12) A table of summary information that includes the following: <br /> <br />(A) The total acreage ofthe site. <br /> <br />(B) The area and percentage of existing impervious cover, by type. <br /> <br />(C) The area and percentage of proposed impervious cover, by type. <br /> <br />(D) The total area and percentage of impervious cQver by type. <br /> <br />(13) The location and type of all proposed temporary BMPs. <br /> <br />(14) The location, dimensions and calculations of total suspended solids removal rate for <br />all proposed permanent BMPs, as determined by a Texas licensed professional engineer or a <br />hydrologist. <br /> <br />(15) All standard notes that may be required by the city for compliance with applicable <br />regulations. <br /> <br />(16) Name and address of the owner of the property. <br /> <br />(17) Name and address of the architect, engineer or surveyor who prepared the plat. <br /> <br />8 <br />
