<br />(B) The area and percentage of existing impervious cover at the site. <br /> <br />(C) The area and percentage of proposed impervious cover at the site, upon final <br />completion ofthe project for which the regulated activities are being performed. <br /> <br />(D) The total area and percentage of impervious cover at the site, upon final completion <br />of the project for which the regulated activities are being performed. <br /> <br />The application must be accompanied by a fee set by the city council, which is nonrefundable. <br /> <br />(c) The planning director will review each application to determine whether the applicant must <br />submit a development plat or subdivision construction plans for the proposed regulated activity <br />under section 94.513. If such a submission is not required, the planning director will approve <br />the application and advise the applicant of applicable requirements under section 94.528. If <br />such a submission is required, the planning director will inform the applicant that the <br />submission must be made, reviewed and approved before the applicant can commence <br />construction of the regulated activities. <br /> <br />Sec. 94.513. Development plat and subdivision platting requirements for regulated activity <br />in recharge zone; contents of development plat application; exemptions. <br /> <br />(a) If all impervious cover at the site of a regulated activity in the recharge zone is expected to <br />equal or exceed 15 percent upon final completion of the project for which the regulated.activity <br />is being performed, it is unlawful for a person to commence construction of the regulated <br />activity at the site until one of the following applications for approval of the activities has been <br />reviewed and approved by the planning director or the commission: <br /> <br />(1) Subdivision construction plans, for regulated activities associated with subdivision <br />development subject to construction plan requirements under Chapter 110 of this Code. The <br />construction plans submitted for such a subdivision must include all information required under <br />this section for development plats. In addition, the preliminary plat and final plat of the <br />subdivision must indicate: <br /> <br />(A) the boundaries of all critical water quality zones, water quality transition zones and <br />sensitive feature protection zones, and the location of all permanent BMPs, in the <br />subdivision; <br /> <br />(B) the amount of impervious cover allowed for the subdivision under section 94.524; <br />and <br /> <br />(C) a note or table allocating the allowed impervious cover to each lot In the <br />subdivision, if the subdivision has more than one lot. <br /> <br />(2) A development plat, for minor plats and for all other regulated activities. Minor <br />plats must include the information required for preliminary and final plats under subsection <br />(1)(A), (B) and (C) of this section. <br /> <br />(b) Contents of development plat application. Applications must be made on forms provided by <br />the planning director. Each application must include, at a minimum, the following: <br /> <br />(1) Name of the development, subdivision, or facility for which the application is <br />submitted. <br /> <br />(2) A brief description of the project or facility for which the application is submitted. <br /> <br />(3) Name, address, and telephone number of the property owner, the applicant and any <br />other person signing the application. <br /> <br />(4) Information needed to determine the appropriate fee for the application. <br /> <br />7 <br />
