Pursue a program of sharing costs with private property owners for <br />curbing to preserve streets, while making sure projects will not have a <br />detrimental effect on drainage. <br /> <br />5. Pursue a cross town artery. <br /> <br />6. Improve safety and mobility, including traffic calming. <br /> <br />7. Provide safe access to Library and Activity Center. <br /> <br />B. Public Utilities <br /> <br />1. Promote conservation efforts. <br /> <br />2. Maintain an effective electric system with adequate capacity. <br /> <br />3. Continue implementing planned rate increases for surface water project. <br /> <br />4. Acquire additional water rights from GBRA at Canyon Lake. <br /> <br />5. Maximize reuse of sludge, effluent and compost. <br /> <br />6. Seek upgrade of revenue bond rating. <br />
