are qualified to provide information and assistance to the City in the following areas on a daily basis: i. General information ii. Investments and safekeeping iii. Accounting/bookkeeping iv. Deposit discrepancies v. Wire transfers vi. Vault service vii. Balance Reporting In addition, John Ferguson is responsible for overseeing the City's entire account, and serves as a liaison with the City. 1.5 Norwest shall notify the City in writing within 10 days of any changes in Federal or State regulations or laws that would affect this Agreement. Norwest will also notify the City of any services that become available to the City throughout the term of this Agreement. All services will be provided through the Norwest branch bank located at 123 North Edward Gary, San Marcos Texas, San Marcos, Texas 78666 (the "North Edward Gary Branch"). All service problems should also be addressed to the North Edward Gary branch. ARTICLE 2 BASIC SERVICES 2.1 GENERAL SERVICES Norwest will: Dailv On-Line Balance Reporting: 2.1.1 Provide a personal computer based on-line account information reporting system which will provide daily ledger balances, collected and available balances, a detail of all debits and credits, current day controlled disbursement reports, and current day ACH reports. The system will allow for tracking of cash flow. The system will also enable the research of specific account transactions and include historical account information. Norwest will provide the City with on-line access using the City's PC and a modem. Norwest will ensure that this service provides the capability of making intra-account transfers, wire transfers, and ACH functions that the City may use for direct deposit and other debits/credits. Deposit Availability: 2.1.3 Ensure that the City receives same day credit for all funds deposited and receives the best availability on deposits as well as any future improvements to the availability 2
