<br />LICENSE AGREEMENT 308 <br /> <br />3-13-00 <br /> <br />Personnel Training <br /> <br />1.2.3 Warranty, Maintenance and Support <br /> <br />2.0 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br /> <br />CIS will provide administrative services for the CIS tasks in this SOW. CIS will <br />appoint a Project Leader (Supervisor) who will have responsibility for the <br />administration and coordination of CIS' activities. Project leadership duties <br />include: <br /> <br />2.1 Serve as primary contact person with the User. <br /> <br />2.2 With the User's Project Manager, discuss this Agreement, this Statement <br />of Work, and the Change Order Procedures in the event the User <br />requests changes that involve additional money and/or time. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide orientation for new CIS project team members. <br /> <br />2.4 Establish and administer CIS project work plans. <br /> <br />2.5 Provide brief written notices to User when certain tasks/events are to be <br />scheduled as detailed in Paragraph 3.0 below. <br /> <br />3.0 DELIVERY TASKS <br /> <br />CIS will perform the following tasks under this Agreement, consisting of: (1) tasks <br />which are normally required and incidental to CIS' preparation and delivery of <br />system software, User orientation, testing, installation and training of its Program <br />Products, and (2) the delivery of any other products or services that may be <br />added under the Change Order Procedures detailed in Paragraph 7.0 below. <br /> <br />3.1 TASK 1-DOCUMENTATION <br /> <br />3.1.1 CIS will provide the User with customization forms to enter data and <br />requests for documentation. <br /> <br />3.1.2 Assist User by phone in fulfilling documentation requests. <br /> <br />3.1,3 Review User submissions. <br /> <br />This task is complete when CIS receives its required documentation <br />from User. <br /> <br />16 <br />
