<br />LICENSE AGREEMENT 308 <br /> <br />3-13-00 <br /> <br />installation by User for browse by User personnel in preparation for <br />CIS training. <br /> <br />3.4.2 Systems Acceptance <br /> <br />The Systems Acceptance will be conducted on the User's Server and <br />Work Station(s). CIS will conduct a functional demonstration of Basic <br />Program Products in accordance with Addendum M of this Agreement. <br />Demonstration by CIS that the Basic Program Products are <br />operational and function in accordance with Addendum M shall <br />constitute System Acceptance. User shall acknowledge User's <br />acceptance in writing at the time the System Acceptance is conducted <br />at CIS. Acceptance of Special Program Products shall be in <br />accordance with Addendum R. <br /> <br />3.4.3 Train User On-Site Readiness for On-Site Training. <br /> <br />3.4.3.1 Deliver a hard and soft copy of the Operator Manual. <br /> <br />This task is complete when CIS provides User two (2) days of <br />training at CIS, System Software, Manual and System Acceptance <br />is conducted. <br /> <br />3.5 TASK 5-INSTALLATION <br /> <br />3.5.1 Initial Installation <br /> <br />CIS will ship the User's Server and Workstation(s) to User on completion <br />of Task 3 above. Upon installation by the User of User's Server at User's <br />site, the User will have access to the Systems for the purpose of staff <br />preparation for the on-site training. <br /> <br />3.5.1.2 Final Installation <br /> <br />Final installation will take place by electronic download from CIS or on the <br />day prior to Task 6, On-Site Training detailed below. This day is the Date <br />of Installation of the System(s). CIS will review the initial installation(s) <br />and load any updates and/or PTFs that have been released during the <br />time interval between Management Training and the final installation. CIS <br />will make any load adjustments required to optimize the installation of CIS <br />products. Any extraneous files including practice and training records will <br />be deleted. CIS can also establish permanent training files for the User <br />that will be separate from the operational records. <br /> <br />This task is complete when the Program Products are installed. <br /> <br />18 <br />
