<br />LICENSE AGREEMENT 308 <br /> <br />3-13-00 <br /> <br />3.6 TASK 6-0N-SITE PERSONNEL TRAINING <br /> <br />3.6.1 On-site training will commence when User can schedule its personnel for <br />training. It is assumed that the User will elect to have personnel browse <br />the new System(s) for four (4) or more weeks to gain familiarity with the <br />software prior to the on-site training. <br /> <br />CIS will provide up to ten (10) days of training on Systems for User <br />personnel in up to two (2) group(s) of continuous days. Six (6) types of <br />training modules can be provided as required by the User as follows: <br /> <br />System Manager <br />Records Supervisor <br />Records Operator <br />Communications Supervisor <br />Dispatcher <br />Field Supervisor <br /> <br />3.6.2 The System Manager module varies from four (4) hours to eight (8) hours <br />in length. All other modules are four (4) hours in length and may be <br />attended by up to three (3) personnel per session. Detailed Lesson Plans <br />for modules are presented in Paragraph 6 below. <br /> <br />This task is complete upon CIS provision of a total of ten (10) eight <br />(8) hour days of training for User. <br /> <br />3.6.3 Additional training days require formal authorization by User and will be <br />billed at $ 1,000.00 per day. CIS can train 2 to 3 persons for dispatch in <br />four (4) hours or 2 to 3 persons for records in four (4) hours. User shall <br />estimate the number of actual days required and advise CIS to adjust the <br />contract amount. <br /> <br />3. 7 TASK 7 -MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT <br /> <br />One (1) year of maintenance and support commences on the Date of <br />Installation of the Basic Program Products in Task 5 above. <br /> <br />4.0 USER RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />User will be responsible for the following tasks: <br /> <br />4.1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF HARDWARE, NETWORK AND <br />DATABASE IMPLEMENTATION <br /> <br />19 <br />
