<br />LICENSE AGREEMENT 308 <br /> <br />3-13-00 <br /> <br />Project management tasks in this Paragraph apply to any hardware, <br />network and database software that is purchased from any Vendor(s). <br />Obtain server, workstation, database and printer requirements from CIS. <br />Memory requirements of the Systems may exclude other applications. <br />Interfaces require dedicated devices. <br /> <br />User will manage the performance in connection with hardware, software <br />and services in any Vendor's Statement of Work. Included in this <br />responsibility, User will facilitate direct contact between CIS and Vendors <br />as required. User will coordinate the following activity: <br /> <br />4.1.1 Provide CIS with NT and ORACLE support on-site at User during the <br />course of this project as required for resolution of hardware/network <br />during periods when CIS is on-site at User. <br /> <br />4.1.2 Provide CIS up-to-date User facility and hardware information to enable <br />CIS' access to functional, operable hardware and Network at User site. <br /> <br />4.1.3 Install Vendor hardware and Network and related software at User site <br />including NT, MS Word, ORACLE and Crystal Reports. <br /> <br />4.1.4 Configure all workstations, printers and other devices in accordance with <br />requirements to operate with the CIS Systems. Create all required NT <br />Clients and configurations, etc. for User, server, workstation, Interfaces <br />required. <br /> <br />4.1.5 Provide CIS with copies of any reports and/or documentation that <br />involves CIS. <br /> <br />4.2 CIS PROJECT <br /> <br />4.2.1 Purchase of all necessary equipment, software, materials, parts, <br />installations, labor and services to provide a fully functional and <br />operational computer system and network meeting all applicable CIS and <br />Vendor and industry standards and codes with the capacity to receive the <br />installation of CIS Program Products and provide support of User's <br />operational needs. <br /> <br />4.2.2 Assignment of a System Manager to serve as a project manager and <br />System Manager upon installation of the CIS Program Products. The <br />System Manager will be the principal point of contact between CIS and <br />the User. <br /> <br />4.2.3 Provide User documentation as required in CIS Task 1 above. <br /> <br />20 <br />
