The LIcensee may proceed to make the Attachments covered by the PermIt only after the PermIt IS Issued. 609 If the LIcensee does not make the Attachments authonzed by a PermIt wIthin 30 days of the Issuance of the PermIt, the CIty may revoke the permIt for the Attachments, unless the LIcensee gIves notIce to the CIty WIthm the 30 days that the particular CIrcumstances requue an addItional 30 days. In mstances where the CIty revokes a permIt under thIS provlSlon, the CIty will endeavor to make other space avaIlable to LIcensee, upon wntten request, as soon as reasonably possible. ARTICLE 7. MAKE-READY WORK/INSTALLATION OF ATTACHMENTS BY LICENSEE 701 In the event the CIty determmes that Make-Ready Work IS necessary to accommodate Attachments for whIch the LIcensee has apphed for a PermIt, the CIty wIll adVIse the LIcensee of the estimated costs of the Make-Ready Work. 702 The CIty at ItS dIscretIOn may reqUIre prepayment of the cost of Make-Ready Work. When prepayment IS not reqUIred by the CIty, the LIcensee wIll pay the CIty'S the cost of the Make- Ready Work upon completIon and before the PermIt IS Issued. 703 Unless the CIty speCIfically determmes otherWIse m connectIOn WIth a particular apphcatIOn, all Make-Ready Work WIll be performed only by the CIty or by a contractor authonzed by the CIty to perform the work. 704 In performmg all Make-Ready Work to accommodate the LIcensee's FaclhtIes, the CIty wIll endeavor to mclude the work m the City's normal work schedule. If the LIcensee requests that Make-Ready Work be performed on a pnonty baSIS or outSIde of the CIty'S normal work hours, the LIcensee agrees to pay any resultmg mcreased costs. Whether to pnontIze a partIcular request of the LIcensee, however, wIll be m the CIty'S sole dIscretIOn. 7 05 The LIcensee wIll perform all of ItS mstallatIOn, removal and mamtenance work, whether by ItS own personnel or by contractors 1) at the LIcensee's sole cost and expense, 2) in a good and workmanlike manner, 3) m accordance WIth the TechnIcal SpeCIficatIOns and the Apphcable Standards, and 4) m a manner that does not adversely or matenally affect the structural mtegnty of the Poles, any City FacIhtIes, or any facIhtIes or eqUIpment of Other LIcensees. 7 06 The LIcensee wIll ensure that any person mstallmg, mamtammg, removmg or performmg any work on the LIcensee's FacIhtIes IS duly quahfied and famIhar WIth the Apphcable Standards. 707 In the event a PermIt apphcatIOn of the LIcensee IS approved that reqUIres Make-Ready Work, and the LIcensee WIthdraws the apphcatIOn after the CIty commences any necessary engmeenng, admmIstratIve or field work for the Make-Ready Work, the LIcensee wIll pay the CIty for all costs mcurred by CIty untIl the tIme the CIty receIves notIce of the cancellatIOn. 9
