19. Consider approval of a 3% onetime pay for performance payment in the amount of $4,253.81 to City Attorney, Michael Cosentino. 20. Consider approval of a pay for performance salary increase in the amount of $5,000 to City Clerk, Jamie Lee Pettiiohn to become effective December 6, 2011. MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Jones and a second by Council Member Prather the City Council voted (7) for and (0) opposed, to approve the consent agenda except for item #16 which Council Member Jones voted opposed. The motion carried. PUBLIC HEARINGS 21.6:OOPM — Receive Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against a request to annex 51.18 acres, located entirely in Hays County at 4440 Old Stagecoach Road, into the City of San Marcos. Matthew Lewis, Development Services Director, provided Council with a brief presentation on this request. Following the presentation Mayor Guerrero opened the Public Hearing at approximately 6:02 p.m. There being no comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 6:02 p.m. No action was required from Council. 22.6:OOPM — Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2011 -52 approving an amendment to the Future Land Use Map from "P" Public to "MDR" Medium Density Residential for a 0.182 acre, more or less, tract of land located at 525 West Hutchison Street; amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by rezoning this tract from "P" Public and Institutional District to "MF -12" Multiple - Family Residential District; and including procedural provisions; and consider approval of Ordinance 2011 -52. Matthew Lewis, Development Services Director, provided Council with a brief presentation on this request. Following the presentation Mayor Guerrero opened the Public Hearing at approximately 6:04 p.m. Thomas Rhodes, ETR Development Buda, TX, asked for Council positive consideration of this item and stated he would answer any questions they had. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 6:05 p.m.
