19. Consider approval of a 3% onetime pay for performance payment in the amount of <br />$4,253.81 to City Attorney, Michael Cosentino. <br />20. Consider approval of a pay for performance salary increase in the amount of $5,000 to <br />City Clerk, Jamie Lee Pettiiohn to become effective December 6, 2011. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Jones and a second by Council Member <br />Prather the City Council voted (7) for and (0) opposed, to approve the consent agenda except for <br />item #16 which Council Member Jones voted opposed. The motion carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />21.6:OOPM — Receive Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for <br />or against a request to annex 51.18 acres, located entirely in Hays County at 4440 Old <br />Stagecoach Road, into the City of San Marcos. <br />Matthew Lewis, Development Services Director, provided Council with a brief presentation on <br />this request. <br />Following the presentation Mayor Guerrero opened the Public Hearing at approximately 6:02 <br />p.m. <br />There being no comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 6:02 p.m. <br />No action was required from Council. <br />22.6:OOPM — Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments <br />for or against Ordinance 2011 -52 approving an amendment to the Future Land Use Map <br />from "P" Public to "MDR" Medium Density Residential for a 0.182 acre, more or less, <br />tract of land located at 525 West Hutchison Street; amending the Official Zoning Map of <br />the City by rezoning this tract from "P" Public and Institutional District to "MF -12" <br />Multiple - Family Residential District; and including procedural provisions; and consider <br />approval of Ordinance 2011 -52. <br />Matthew Lewis, Development Services Director, provided Council with a brief presentation on <br />this request. <br />Following the presentation Mayor Guerrero opened the Public Hearing at approximately 6:04 <br />p.m. <br />Thomas Rhodes, ETR Development Buda, TX, asked for Council positive consideration of this <br />item and stated he would answer any questions they had. <br />There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 6:05 p.m. <br />
