Section 6.08. If City opts to perform Make -Ready Work and Licensee has not pre -paid the City for Make -Ready Work associated with an Application, then upon completion of the Make -Ready Work, the City will bill the Licensee for all costs of the work. The City will issue a Permit only after the Licensee pays the City all fees and for the cost of all Make -Ready Work associated with the Permit. The Licensee may proceed to make the Attachments covered by the Permit only after the Permit is issued. Section 6.09. If the Licensee does not make the Attachments authorized by a Permit within 60 days of the issuance of the Permit, the City may revoke the permit in accordance with Section 12.02. In such instances, the City will endeavor to make other space available to the Licensee, upon written request, as soon as reasonably possible. ARTICLE 7. MAKE -READY WORK/INSTALLATION OF ATTACHMENTS BY LICENSEE Section 7.01. In the event the City determines that Make -Ready Work is necessary to accommodate Attachments for which the Licensee has applied for a Permit and City opts to perform the Make - Ready Work, the City will advise the Licensee of the estimated costs of the Make -Ready Work. The time frame for Make -Ready Work performed by City for Attachments within the communications space is 148 days (178 days for pole -top). • Survey — 45 days. During the 45 -day survey phase, City will conduct a Pre - Permit Survey to determine whether and where attachment is feasible, and what make -ready is required. • Estimate — 14 days. City provides an estimate of the make -ready charges within 14 days of receiving the results of the Pre - Permit Survey. • Licensee Acceptance — 14 days. Licensee has up to 14 days to approve the estimate. • Make - Ready /Communications Space — 60 days. City must notify any attachers with facilities already on the pole that make -ready for a new attacher needs to be performed within 60 days. • Make - Ready /Pole -Top — 90 days. City must notify any attachers with facilities already on the pole that make -ready for a new attacher needs to be performed within 90 days. Section 7.02. The City at its discretion may require prepayment of the estimated cost of Make - Ready Work to be performed by City or its contractor. When prepayment is not required by the City, the Licensee will pay the City's actual cost of the Make -Ready Work performed by City or its contractor upon completion and before the Permit is issued. Make -Ready Work performed by Licensee will be at Licensee's expense. Section 7.03.
