Cody Powell, 607 Edward Gary, spoke in favor of the Purgatory Creek Nature Center. John Eckersly, 1250 Sadler Apt #1631, spoke in favor of the Purgatory Creek Nature Center. Ethan Pfeiffer, 1441 Leah Ave, spoke in favor of the Purgatory Creek Nature Center. Debra Harvey, 1116 Mountain View Dr, thanked all of the people involved in Open San Marcos for making transparency a priority. She thanked the Council and Staff and asked for positive consideration for Item #23. John Thomaides, 813 Arizona, thanked the Mayor and Council Members for their consideration of Item #23. He believes that this is a great policy for the City in the long term, and it will benefit the community.
