The Histonc PreservatIOn CommIssIOn shall consIst of seven <br />persons, appomted by the CIty CouncIl from the followmg sources <br /> <br />(1) Two GHe member~ shall be a resIdent~ of the CIty or ItS extraterntonal <br />JunsdIctIOn, or shall be employed m the CIty or ItS extraterntonal <br />JunsdIctIOn, and shall be from the dIscIPlmes of archItecture. hIStOry, <br />planmng, archaeology or other dISCIPlInes related to hIstonc preservatIOn <br />design field of expertISe. <br /> <br />(2) Two members shall be CItizens of the CIty WIth a who ha';e demonstrated <br />aft mterest m the hIStory of the City <br />
