I I I LIcensor that the overlashmg has been authonzed by the LIcensor The CIty, as LIcensor, does not permIt overlashmg of CIty FacIlIties by CenturyTel as LIcensee or by any Other LIcensee 6 03 ConsIstent wIth applicable law, the overlashmg by the LIcensee of ItS own facilIties IS not consIdered a separate Attachment and IS not subJect to a separate PermIt, but the LIcensee Will proVIde the LIcensor WIth pnor wrItten notificatIOn of any overlashmg the LIcensee mtends to perform. The LIcensee wIll have a supervIsory employee or manager confirm that the overlashmg can be accomplIshed m complIance WIth the TechnIcal SpecIficatIOns and the ApplIcable Standards. The CIty does not overlash ItS own FaCIlIties. 6 04 As part of the PermIt applIcatIOn process, the LIcensor may reqUIre the LIcensee to have a superVISOry employee or manager conduct a Pre-PermIt Survey and certIfy that the LIcensee's proposed Attachments can be mstalled on the LIcensor's Poles m complIance WIth the TechnIcal SpecIficatIOns and the ApplIcable Standards. 605 Upon receIpt of a properly completed applIcation, mcludmg any reqUIred Pre-PermIt Survey, the LIcensor wIll reVIew the applIcatIOn wIthm seven (7) busmess days, and dISCUSS any Issues WIth the LIcensee, mcludmg engmeenng or Make-Ready Work requIrements assOCIated WIth the applIcatIOn. The LIcensor's acceptance of applIcatIOn documents or Issuance of a PermIt wIll not relIeve the engmeer or the LIcensee of full responsibilIty for the safe and proper mstallatlOn of the Attachments covered by the PermIt. 606 If the LIcensor determmes that Make-Ready Work IS reqUIred to accommodate any Attachment of the LIcensee, the LIcensor or ItS contractors wIll perform the work under ArtIcle 7 6 07 If the LIcensor receIves PermIt ApplIcatIOns for the same Pole from the LIcensee and one or more Other LIcensees wIthm 30 days of one another, and accommodatmg the requests may reqUIre replacement or modIficatIOn of the Pole or rearrangement of eXIstmg Attachments, the LIcensor Will follow the procedures of ArtIcle 9 m reVIeWing the applicatIOns. 608 If the LIcensee has not pre-paId the LIcensor for Make-Ready Work aSSOCiated WIth an applIcatIOn, then upon completIOn of the Make-Ready Work, the Licensor WIll bIll the LIcensee for all costs of the work. The LIcensor wIll Issue a PermIt only after the Licensee pays the LIcensor all fees and for the cost of all Make-Ready Work assOCIated WIth the PermIt. The LIcensee may proceed to make the Attachments covered by the PermIt only after the PermIt IS Issued. 6 09 If the LIcensee does not make the Attachments authonzed by a PermIt wIthm 90 days of the Issuance of the PermIt, the LIcensor may use or reaSSIgn the space deSIgnated for the Attachments. In such mstances, the LIcensor wIll endeavor to make other space avaIlable to LIcensee, upon wrItten request, as soon as reasonably possible. 9
