MAKE-READY WORK/INST ALLA TION OF ATTACHMENTS BY <br />LICENSEE <br /> <br />701 In the event the LIcensor determmes that Make-Ready Work IS necessary to accommodate <br />Attachments for whIch the LIcensee has applIed for a PermIt, the Licensor wIll advIse the LIcensee <br />of the estimated costs of the Make- Ready Work. <br /> <br />702 The LIcensor at ItS dIscretIOn may reqUIre prepayment of the cost of Make-Ready Work. <br />When prepayment IS not reqUIred by the LIcensor, the LIcensee wIll pay the LIcensor's the cost of <br />the Make-Ready Work upon completIOn and before the PermIt IS Issued. <br /> <br />703 Unless the Licensor speCIfically determmes otherwIse in connectIOn WIth a partIcular <br />applIcatIOn, all Make-Ready Work wIll be performed only by the LIcensor or by a contractor <br />authonzed by the Licensor to perform the work. <br /> <br />704 In performmg all Make-Ready Work to accommodate the LIcensee's FaCIlIties, the <br />LIcensor wIll endeavor to mclude the work m the LIcensor's normal work schedule If the <br />LIcensee requests that Make-Ready Work be performed on a pnonty baSIS or outSIde of the <br />LIcensor's normal work hours, the LIcensee agrees to pay any resultmg mcreased costs. Whether <br />to pnontIze a partIcular request of the LIcensee, however, wIll be m the LIcensor's sole <br />dIscretIOn. <br /> <br />7 05 The LIcensee wIll perform all of ItS mstallatIOn, removal and mamtenance work, whether <br />by ItS own personnel or by contractors <br /> <br />A. at the LIcensee's sole cost and expense; <br /> <br />B m a good and workmanlike manner; <br /> <br />C m accordance With the TechnIcal SpeCIficatIOns and the ApplIcable Standards, and <br /> <br />D m a manner that does not adversely or matenally affect the structural mtegnty of the <br />LIcensor's Poles, any LIcensor's Facilities, or any facilities or equipment of Other Licensees. <br /> <br />7 06 The LIcensee Will ensure that any person mstallmg, mamtammg, removmg or performmg <br />any work on the LIcensee's FacIlIties IS duly qualified and famIlIar WIth the ApplIcable <br />Standards. <br /> <br />707 In the event a PermIt application of the LIcensee is approved that requires Make-Ready <br />Work, and the LIcensee WIthdraws the applIcatIOn after the Licensor commences any necessary <br />engmeenng, admmIstratIve or field work for the Make-Ready Work, the LIcensee will pay the <br />LIcensor for all costs mcurred by LIcensor until the time the LIcensor receIves notice of the <br />cancellatIOn. <br /> <br />10 <br />
