<br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />May 8,2000 <br /> <br />Real Estate Center <br />Texas A & M University <br />2115 TAMU <br />College Station, Texas 77843-2115 <br /> <br />Attention: Ms. Jennifer Evans, Research Associate <br /> <br />INTERLOCAL LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Evans: <br /> <br />This letter shall serve as an agreement between Texas A&M University Real Estate Center <br />("Consultant"), Real Estate Center, Texas A&M University, 2115 TAMU, College Station, <br />Texas 77843 and the City of San Marcos ("City"), 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas <br />78666 for Consultant's performance of a housing market analysis, in compliance with the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") guidelines. The housing market <br />analysis will serve as an element of the 2000-2005 Consolidated Plan and Strategy, as <br />specified in the Scope of Work attached as Attachment A. Consultant agrees to perform <br />all services in accordance with the attached City of San Marcos Terms and Conditions for <br />Professional Services Agreements (Attachment B). Consultant will provide a draft of the <br />report to the City by May 1, 2000 for review and approval. <br /> <br />The City agrees to pay Consultant a not to exceed amount of $5,000.00 upon completion <br />of its services, plus actual travel expenses, not to exceed $1,000.00 as stated in <br />Attachment A. <br /> <br />Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by counter-signing below, and return <br />one fully executed copy to the City's Planning Department. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />TexasA&M University Real Estate Center <br /> <br />By: ~k ,,d~~ <br />Lar D.
