<br />TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY. The City of San Marcos community Development <br />Department will provide the data and analyses necessary to address the dimension of <br />Housing Adequacy (physical conditions) for inclusion in the Housing Market Analysis <br />Report. In addition, the city will provide information on building permit. demolitions, <br />and mobile home permits. Other data is to be provided as needed. <br /> <br />DELNERABLES: Five (5) hard copies and one digital copy of the report shall be <br />delivered to the City of San Marcos Community Development D:;lpartment at the <br />conclusion of the contract period. <br /> <br />TERM OF CONTRACT: This contract shall begin on April 1, 2000 and shall tenninate <br />on May 31, 2000, unless earlier terminated. Upon completion of the project, the City of <br />San Marcos shall pay Texas A&M University Real Estate Center $5,000.00 for contract <br />services plus up to $1,000 in travel expenses related to the project. <br />
