<br />21. <br /> <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS ~ <br />~ <br />COUNTY OF HA YS ~ <br /> <br />Know all men by these presents that for and in consideration of One Dollar and other good <br />and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of San Marcos <br />has abandoned, released and discharged and by these presents does hereby abandon, release and <br />discharge that tract of 495.180 acres of land in the J. H. Yearby Survey, Hays County, Texas <br />described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, from that easement granted to Elim Water Company, <br />Inc. by W. M.
