H Yearby Survey, Abstract No. 508, Hays County, Texas, being a part of 150 acres, called Tract A of Tract 3, and also being a part ofa 580.23 acre tract, called Tract B of Tract 3, as described in Volume 241, Pages 369- 370 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and being further described as a part of the 488.80 acre remainder of that certain 620.8087 acre tract conveyed to W. M. Soyars by Deed recorded in Volume-278, Page 319 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and a portion of that certain 9.4 acre remainder tract ofiliat certain 62.4 acre tract conveyed to W. M. Soyars by Deed recorded in Volume 406, Page 408 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and all bearings referred to in this description are rotated to and referenced to a bearing of S 570 11' 07" W between iron pins found along the Northwest line of Hays County Road No. 266 (Old Bastrop Road), said 495.180 acre tract ofland surveyed lll1der the supervision of Richard A. Goodwin, RPLS #4069, S. Craig HoIlmig, Inc., and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING: At a W' iron pin found on the Northeasterly line of the above referenced 620.8087 acre tract, same being the Northeasterly line of said 488.80 acre tract, same being situated on the Southwest line of that certain 62.988 acre tract described in Volume 359, Page 532 of the Deed Records of Hays COlll1ty, Texas, said W' iron pin situated on the Northwesterly line of Hays County Road No. 266 (Old Bastrop Road); THENCE: With the Northwesterly line of Hays County Road No. 266, with that certain right-of-way dedication of 1.2558 acres as described in Volume 1366, Page 583 of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, as follows: S 570 11' 07" W 1460.40 feet, a W' iron pin found at the beginning of a curve to the left; In a curve to the left, having a radius of 1040.0 feet, a central angle of 080 17' 11", an arc length of 150.41 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of S 530 02' 31" W 150.28 feet to a 12" iron pin found; S 480 53' 56" W 157.42 feet, a W' iron pin found at the beginning ofa curve to the right; In a curve to the right, having a radius of960.0 feet, a central angle of 040 14' 14", an arc length of71.0 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of S 51001' 03" W 70.98 feet to a W' iron pin found, for a comer of this tract; S 560 41' 43" W 1852.55 feet to a 5/8" iron pin found for the most Southerly corner of this tract, also being the Easterly comer of a 1.264 acre tract described in Volume 918, Page 174 of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas; EXHIBIT "Aft
