<br />62. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000 - 11 6 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO THE <br />LEASE OF AIRPORT PROPERTY BETWEEN HEARN <br />AVIATION, INC. AND THE CITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On August 1, 1998 the City entered into an agreement (the "Lease") with Hearn <br />Aviation, Inc., regarding the remodeling of an existing metal building located on property <br />at the San Marcos Airport and the subleasing of hangar space. <br /> <br />2. The Lessee wishes to amend the Lease to allow the subleasing of hangar space <br />to a commercial activity. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. <br /> <br />The attached Amendment Number One to the Lease is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. <br />amendment. <br /> <br />The City Manager, Larry D.
