<br />PART 4. Structure of the Task Force. <br /> <br />(a) The Task _ Jrce shall be comprised of the following members: <br /> <br />Two members of the Planning and Zoning Commission designated by that Commission <br />One member of the Historic Preservation Commission designated by that Commission <br /> <br />and the following persons appointed by the City Council: <br /> <br />A Representative of the Real Estate/Development Community <br />A Representative of the Real Estate Community <br />A Representative of the Development Community <br />Two Representatives of the Environmental Community <br />A Representative of the Economic Development Council <br />A Representative of the Council of Neighborhood Associations <br />Eight at-large citizen members appointed by the City Council-Six residents of the City and two <br />residents of the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction <br /> <br />and one City Council member appointed by the Council. <br /> <br />(b) The Director of the Planning and Development Services Department is designated as the <br />primary city staff person responsible for working with the Task Force. The Director shall call upon the <br />Directors of Engineering, Public Works, Electric Utility, Parks and Recreation, other staff resources, or <br />outside resources as needed for the completion of the Task Force's work. <br /> <br />PART 5. This resolution is in effect immediately from and after its adoption. <br /> <br />PART 6.
