W) Day care centers. <br /> <br />(1 0 H) Preelementary schools. <br /> <br />(11 H) Portable buildings, only when used as accessory buildings. <br /> <br />Sec. 114.472. Specific uses. <br /> <br />In accordance with article 6 of this chapter, specific uses in the LB limited <br />business district are as follows: <br /> <br />(I) All uses permitted in the MF -4 district, including specific uses, as <br />regulated in division 16 of this article. <br /> <br />(2) Mixed use building containing a combination of residential, office- <br />professional, and/or retail commercial uses. <br /> <br />(3) Any use listed in subsection 114.471(6), having a vehicle drive-up or <br />drive-through facility. <br /> <br />(4) Banks or other financial institutions exceeding the maximum off-street <br />parking space limitation referenced in subsection 114.471(6). <br /> <br />(5) Restaurants or self-service laundries, subject to the same limitations <br />required in subsection 114.471(6), except that the restaurants may have a <br />direct outside entrance for customers and may be a principal use. <br /> <br />( 6) Veterinary services, where all activities and facilities are entirely within a <br />
