Each Commission member serves a three year term. Terms <br />are staggered so that three of the members' terms expire in any <br />given year. Terms expire on the last day of ScptcDbcr October. <br />Commission members shall be eligible to serve a maximum of two full <br />terms. If a person is appointed to fill an unexpired term of more <br />than eighteen ~on-:.hs, the person will serve the remainder of that <br />term and shall be eligible for reappo=-ntment for no more than one <br />full term. If a person is appointed to fill an unexpired term 0: <br />:ess than e=-ghteen ~onths, the person shall be eligible for <br />reappoincment for no more than two full terms. <br /> <br />Section 3.
